Performance Marketing Intern — Remote, India (Full time)
We build revenue engines for real clients. As a Performance Marketing Intern at Zapify, you'll learn how performance marketing actually works at an agency level — paid ads, funnels, email, and retention — on real client accounts with real budgets. Not theory, not busywork. Real money, real campaigns, real results.

What you'll actually do:
Set up and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns — prospecting, retargeting, Google Shopping and Search — for ecommerce and lead-gen clients. Build landing pages and conversion funnels in GoHighLevel (GHL), and wire up the automations behind them (welcome flows, follow-ups, SMS triggers). Set up email capture and automated flows — welcome series, abandoned cart recovery, win-back, post-purchase — plus weekly campaigns with audience segmentation. Audit and optimise Shopify stores: product pages, UX, trust signals, A/B tests. Implement loyalty programs, referral mechanics, and subscription offers. Track everything with Meta Pixel, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.



Build weekly performance reports — ROAS, CPL, CPA — and bring recommendations, not just numbers.

You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager on real clients — an ecommerce food brand and a finance lead-gen brand. They set the strategy; you own the execution — paid, funnels, email, and retention.

Who we want:
You have basic knowledge of Meta Ads and/or Google Ads — we'll train the rest. You're analytical and comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets. You're genuinely curious about how funnels, email, and ecommerce work.
