Role Description The Gen AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy generative AI models and solutions that enhance data visualization, analytics,



and decision-making for enterprise clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and fine-tuning models for tasks such as text generation, summarization, and conversational AI; integrating these models into web and cloud-based applications; and collaborating with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions. The role involves experimenting with new architectures, optimizing model performance, implementing responsible AI practices, and contributing to the continuous improvement of AI-enabled tools such as chatbots and custom BI platforms. This is a full-time remote role, requiring close collaboration across distributed teams and adherence to quality, security, and timeliness standards.
