Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Legal Counsel role based in Jaipur. The Legal Counsel will provide legal support for debt recovery, asset acquisition, and enforcement activities under relevant frameworks,



including IBC and SARFAESI. Daily responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts, preparing case files, and advising internal teams on legal risks and compliance requirements. The role involves coordinating with banks, insolvency professionals, and corporate clients, supporting pre-litigation strategies, and assisting in settlement facilitation and auction-related documentation. The Legal Counsel will also monitor regulatory updates, contribute to internal legal policies, and work closely with management to ensure legally sound, result-oriented strategies.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Law, with demonstrated experience handling Legal Issues related to debt recovery, insolvency, and asset enforcement.
Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and providing clear, practical Legal Advice to internal stakeholders and external partners.
