Job Summary
Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration and expand the company’s footprint nationally. Lead a team of sales professionals, set ambitious targets and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our business objective.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Strategy Development:
· Build and lead the company’s sales on a regional level and generate revenue.
· Analyse market trends, customers preferences, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities to maximize sales potential.
· Develop and improve sales analytics to monitor and track sales performance.
· Develop go-to-market strategies for new regions, including market research, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.

Team Leadership
· Providing on ground leadership to engage with top retention accounts and top high potential revenue and group accounts
· Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
· Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team and monitor their progress.





Revenue Generation
· Drive revenue growth by effectively managing and expanding the sales pipeline.
· Driving the sales cycle/process by understanding the customer buying process and needs; focussing on solutions; seeking to understand the challenge; keeping a consultative approach; and obtaining customer commitments.
· Evolve the team to a revenue generating mindset from the current service delivery orientation.
· Maintain robust relationship with key clients, partners and stakeholders.
· Active involvement in strategic sales activities including super premium account management and deal negotiations.

Sales Operations
· Implement and optimize sales processes, workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
