? Hiring: CTO / Technical Lead
StoryHug.ai is looking for a hands-on CTO / Technical Lead to build and take complete technical ownership of our AI-powered product.
This is a builder role, not a management-only position.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Built and deployed mobile apps to Play Store/App Store
- Ideally has experience with apps that have achieved 5,000–10,000+ downloads
- Strong full-stack development and system architecture skills
- Experience with Flutter/mobile + backend + APIs + databases
- Robust experience with Firebase and cloud deployment
- Experience with CI/CD, app deployment and production monitoring
- Hands-on experience using Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or similar AI development tools
- Experience integrating LLMs / Generative AI
- Experience with TTS, voice, audio or speech APIs
- Experience building AI automation and workflows
- Ability to integrate third-party APIs and services
- Ability to take a product from 0 → 1 → production
- Strong debugging, problem-solving and independent decision-making skills
What you'll do
You will own the technology side of StoryHug from architecture and development to deployment, AI integrations, automation and scaling.
You should be comfortable writing code yourself, making technical decisions and eventually building a small engineering team.
