Job Description – Project Manager

Role Overview

RNisarg Foundation is looking for a Project Manager to lead Project SAKHI and other CSR-funded projects. The role will involve end-to-end project planning, field implementation, stakeholder coordination, team management, monitoring, documentation, and CSR reporting.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute CSR projects as per approved timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
* Lead implementation of Project SAKHI, including menstrual health awareness, training, community outreach,



and follow-ups.
* Coordinate with CSR partners, government stakeholders, healthcare workers, trainers, NGOs, and communities.
* Manage project teams, field staff, interns, and volunteers.
* Conduct regular field visits and monitor implementation quality.
* Track project targets, beneficiary data, KPIs, and outcomes.
* Prepare MIS, monthly/quarterly reports, presentations, case studies, and impact documentation.
* Monitor project budgets and coordinate with the finance team for expenses and supporting documents.
* Identify implementation challenges and ensure timely corrective action.
* Support project proposals, renewals, and expansion opportunities.

Candidate Profile

* Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Public Health, Development Studies, Management, Sociology, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in NGO, CSR, public health, or community-based projects.
