Role Description The Software Quality Assurance Lead Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Kondapur. This role oversees end-to-end QA activities for software projects, including test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management.



The Lead Manager coordinates with development, product, and operations teams to ensure that software releases meet agreed quality standards, timelines, and regulatory or client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring QA engineers, defining and refining QA processes, implementing test automation strategies where appropriate, and producing clear quality metrics and reports for stakeholders. The role also involves risk assessment, continuous improvement of testing practices, and active participation in reviews to drive high-quality, reliable software solutions for clients.
Qualifications
Strong experience in software quality assurance leadership, including test planning, test case design, execution, and defect lifecycle management.
Proficiency in QA methodologies and tools, such as functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing, along with common test management and
