Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and expand ThinkAerial’s presence in key markets. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.



The role involves close collaboration with technical and operations teams to align solutions with client needs and ensure high-quality delivery. The Business Development Manager will also track market trends, contribute to sales strategies, and report on pipeline, performance metrics, and revenue targets.
Qualifications
Robust skills in business development, sales, and account management, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
Experience in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement, including conducting professional presentations and negotiations.
Understanding of drone technology, imaging, GIS, or geospatial data solutions, or a strong interest in learning these domains.
Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to assess market trends, develop go-to-market plans, and forecast revenue.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with proficiency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
