Role Description The Area Account Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Noida,



responsible for managing and growing relationships with housing societies and community stakeholders in the assigned area. This role involves regular meetings with society management committees and administrators, understanding their requirements, demonstrating NoBrokerHood’s solutions, and ensuring successful onboarding and activation. The Area Account Manager will monitor account performance, drive usage of platform features, identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities, and address operational issues in coordination with internal teams. Daily tasks include field visits, pipeline management, reporting performance metrics, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role also requires close collaboration with sales, implementation, and customer support teams to deliver a seamless experience and meet area-level growth targets.
