Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for CS Article Trainees based in Bengaluru.



The role involves assisting in preparation and filing of various company law, SEBI, FEMA, and RBI-related forms and returns, as well as maintaining statutory registers and records. Trainees will support secretarial audits, due diligence exercises, and NCLT-related documentation, and help prepare notes, checklists, and compliance trackers for client engagements. Daily tasks include researching legal and regulatory updates, drafting minutes, resolutions, and correspondence, and coordinating with internal teams and clients for data collection and documentation. The position offers hands-on exposure to corporate secretarial practice, regulatory representations, and transaction support under the guidance of experienced professionals.
