Role Description The Course Coordinator is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing the planning, delivery, and administration of training and educational programs.



This role includes coordinating course schedules, managing enrollments, maintaining learner records, and ensuring smooth communication between trainers, learners, and internal stakeholders. The Course Coordinator will support the creation and updating of course materials, assist with online learning platforms, and gather feedback to improve course quality and learner experience. Daily activities involve responding to participant inquiries, monitoring course progress, preparing reports on attendance and performance, and collaborating with the team to align courses with business objectives. The role also requires ensuring that all training activities are well-organized, timely, and aligned with Specular Business Services’ standards for service and professionalism.
