Role Description The Business Development Executive - Inside Sales role is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads through calls, emails, and online channels, and presenting LMES Academy’s programs and workshops to prospective schools and partners.



Day-to-day activities include managing and nurturing a sales pipeline, conducting product demos or presentations, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. The role also involves building long-term relationships with educational institutions, gathering market feedback, and contributing to sales strategies that support the company’s growth and expansion plans.

Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert potential clients.
Solid understanding of Business and Account Management, including maintaining relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
