Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, including direct clients and channel partners, and build a robust pipeline across target markets.



The role involves conducting market research, developing outreach strategies, leading product demos, and presenting Business Bots’ value proposition to decision-makers. The Business Development Manager will negotiate contracts, manage the end-to-end sales cycle, and collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine messaging and feedback. Ongoing responsibilities include maintaining solid client relationships, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to revenue growth and regional expansion plans.
Qualifications

Strong skills in business development, B2B sales, and account management, with a focus on SaaS or technology solutions.
Ability to conduct structured market research, segment target audiences, and develop data-driven go-to-market strategies.
Experience in consultative selling, solution presentation, and delivering product demos to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
