Role Description The District Sales Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, responsible for driving cement sales and market growth within the assigned district. This role includes managing and expanding the customer base, overseeing key accounts, and building solid relationships with dealers, distributors, and project stakeholders. The District Sales Head will plan and execute sales strategies,



monitor performance against targets, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities. Daily activities involve leading and mentoring the sales team, conducting regular field visits, reviewing sales reports, and coordinating with internal functions such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also requires maintaining compliance with company policies, preparing accurate forecasts, and contributing to long-term regional sales planning.
Qualifications

Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with experience in achieving and exceeding revenue and volume targets.
Proficiency in Account Management, including relationship building, retention, and growth of key customers and channel partners.
Solid Team Management capabilities, with a track record of leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
