Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Freight Broker role based in Noida, supporting US logistics operations. The Freight Broker will source and secure freight from shippers, negotiate rates with carriers, and manage end-to-end load coordination.



Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with shippers and carriers, handling dispatch activities, monitoring load status, and resolving service issues. The role involves ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, and timely communication with customers and partners. The Freight Broker will collaborate with the operations and account management teams to support revenue growth, lane development, and high service levels.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills, including experience in negotiating rates and coordinating loads in US logistics.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain skilled communication with shippers and carriers.
