GAJAN Group Holdings is a holding company with eleven businesses across commerce, software and services, with entities in Mohali and Toronto. Four e-commerce brands, two B2B SaaS products, an AI operations platform, and a music label. The team is small. The work is real. Everyone here owns their function outright.

WHAT THIS JOB IS

You will own influencer marketing across our portfolio: four e-commerce brands and a music label. The core of the role is finding the right creators, negotiating deals that make commercial sense, briefing them properly, and proving with numbers whether each partnership paid for itself. You will run the entire pipeline from first DM to final report.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Source and vet creators on Instagram and YouTube: audience quality, engagement authenticity, brand fit, and rate sanity
- Negotiate deliverables and rates: barter, fixed fee, commission and affiliate structures, in writing, every time




- Write campaign briefs creators actually follow: hooks, must-say points, dos and do-nots, deadlines
- Track every campaign with codes and UTMs, and report cost per acquisition per creator honestly, including the failures
- Build and manage the ongoing creator roster for the music label: playlist placements, reels audio pushes, release-day activations
- Coordinate with our marketing specialist so influencer pushes and paid campaigns reinforce each other

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1 to 3 years running influencer or creator campaigns with real budgets, agency or brand side
- You have personally closed deals with creators: real negotiations you can describe with numbers
- You can smell fake engagement and inflated rate cards from the media kit alone
- Solid written English: outreach, briefs and reports are all writing
- Comfortable with basic tracking: promo codes, UTMs, affiliate dashboards
- Based in India, working I
