Role Overview
As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving current business opportunities by selling our IT services to clients in the US market. You will own the complete sales lifecycle—from identifying prospects and generating leads to conducting discovery meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, understands consultative B2B sales,



and has a passion for technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the US market through outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email prospecting, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently identifying qualified prospects and managing opportunities through every stage of the sales process.
Engage with business and technology decision-makers to understand their challenges and recommend appropriate IT services, including Custom Software Development, AI Solutions, Salesforce Consulting, Cloud Services, Web Development, and Managed IT Services.
Conduct discovery calls, client presentations, and solution discussions while working closely with internal technical and delivery teams to develop tailored proposals.
