We are looking for a hands-on Business Development Manager who can take ownership of business development in Bangalore and surrounding markets.
The role will primarily focus on identifying new customers, developing business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships and growing AICPL's packaging business across our target industries.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across pharma, food, automotive, engineering and other relevant industries.
Build a strong pipeline of prospective customers and convert opportunities into business.
Develop relationships with purchase, engineering, R&D;, quality and senior management teams at customer organisations.
Understand customer requirements and work closely with AICPL's R&D;, design, tooling and production teams to develop suitable packaging solutions.
Generate enquiries, prepare proposals and quotations, follow up systematically and drive opportunities towards closure.
