Role Description The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive quality leads and conversions for Avito Homes. Day-to-day tasks include managing paid performance campaigns (such as search, social, and display), monitoring key metrics, analyzing campaign performance, and making adjustments to improve ROI.



The role involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align messaging, refine audience targeting, and develop landing pages or creatives that support real estate and investment offerings. The Performance Marketing Executive will also prepare regular performance reports, manage budgets, and stay current on industry tools and trends. This is a full time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
Strong skills in performance marketing, including campaign management, optimization, and analytics across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels.
Proficiency in digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO basics, social media advertising, remarketing, and lead generation strategies.
Ability to work with data and analytics tools to track KPIs, generate insights, and create clear performance reports and dashboards.
