Role Description This is a full-time, in office Relationship Officer role based in Branch, LA. The Relationship Officer will manage and grow a portfolio of clients, focusing on micro, small, and medium enterprises, by building strong, long-term business relationships. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective and existing clients, understanding their financial needs, explaining products and services,



and recommending appropriate financial solutions. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving service issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation, and monitoring accounts for risk and performance. The Relationship Officer will also support sales and business development activities, contribute to achieving branch targets, and maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
