About the Role
BASSETTI India is looking for a technically robust Integration Team Lead / Manager to lead our Integration Services team supporting TEEXMA and enterprise application environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in application and enterprise system integration, SQL and relational databases, along with proven experience in team management, project delivery and client/stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Integration Services team, including workload planning and resource allocation.
* Plan and monitor project timelines, technical deliverables and overall delivery.
* Ensure delivery quality and adherence to defined KPIs and SLAs.
* Handle technical escalations and support the team in troubleshooting complex integration issues.
* Work closely with onshore clients and international stakeholders.
* Manage project and service delivery activities from planning through completion.
* Review technical requirements, data flows, interfaces and integration solutions.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
* Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
Required Qualifications and Experience
* 5+ years of experience in Application Integration, Enterprise IT, Integration Services or Service Delivery.
* 1–2+ years of experience in a Team Lead or people-management role.
* Strong hands-on knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
* Practical experience with enterprise application/system integrations, including:
* Data flows and interfaces
* API integrations
* Database integrations
* System-to-system integrations
* Integration troubleshooting
* Experience managing team workload, resource allocation, project timelines and deliverables.
