Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion in the assigned region. This position involves developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building long-term relationships with corporate clients, fleet operators, and channel partners. The Regional Sales Manager will lead and coach a sales team, set performance targets,



monitor sales pipelines, and ensure consistent achievement of regional objectives. Day-to-day activities include prospecting new business opportunities, conducting client meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and collaborating with operations and service teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. The role also includes analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and contributing to promotional initiatives that strengthen Roda Assistance’s brand presence in the region.
Qualifications
Proven experience in regional or area sales management, preferably in automotive services, roadside assistance, insurance, or related service industries.
