About The Role

We are seeking a talented and autonomous Animator to join our dynamic team working on a VR game project built in Unity for standalone headsets. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality character and weapon animations, rigging assets in Blender, and integrating them seamlessly into Unity. You will own your assets from conceptualization through to in-game implementation, working independently to meet project goals and deadlines.



This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a state-of-the-art VR title, ensuring that animations are optimized for performance while delivering compelling gameplay and immersive experiences.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in character and weapon animation, rigging, and Unity integration. You should possess a comprehensive portfolio or reel demonstrating your ability to produce clean, hand-keyed animations and rig assets suitable for real-time applications. Proficiency in Blender for rigging, skinning, and exporting FBX files is essential, along with practical experience working within Unity's Animator system. A minimum of one full production cycle of animation work is required, showcasing your ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality assets.
