Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Asst Manager Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to independently drive hiring from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
This role requires someone who can take complete ownership of hiring while working in a fast-paced startup setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple business functions, including: Technology, Product, Sales, Operations, Corporate Functions, Finance, Legal, IT, Business & Support Functions
Understand hiring requirements by working closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders. 
Create, review, and refine Job Descriptions (JDs) based on business requirements. Source quality candidates through multiple platforms, including: Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, Monster, Social Media, Internal Database
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct candidate screening,



initial assessments, and interview coordination.
Drive recruitment independently while ensuring timely closures.
Regularly follow up with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and hiring reports.
Publish job postings across various recruitment platforms.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Collaborate with HR Operations to ensure smooth offer rollout and onboarding.

Preferred Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience exclusively in Talent Acquisition.
Prior experience in a startup or recruitment consulting environment is preferred.
Experience hiring across both technical and non-technical roles.
Strong sourcing expertise using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, and other hiring platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
