Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Banswara. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, and coordinating onboarding and induction activities. The role involves handling employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, and promoting a positive and inclusive work culture. The Human Resources Executive will help implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and assist in performance management, training coordination,



and HR reporting for management.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support HR planning and implementation.
Experience in HR Operations, including documentation, payroll coordination support, and HR administration.
Skills in Employee Relations, with the capacity to handle grievances, foster engagement, and maintain a respectful workplace.
Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance, including local labor laws and company guidelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software tools; ability to manage data and prepare HR reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
