Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting Cloudtool Technologies’ solutions, including Zoho, SAP Business One, QlikView, and automation services.



The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, prepare presentations and proposals, lead product demonstrations in collaboration with technical teams, and negotiate contracts to close deals. The role also involves managing the sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics, and providing feedback to leadership on market trends and customer needs. Daily activities include client meetings, follow-ups, coordination with delivery teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Qualifications
Solid business development, sales, and account management skills, with experience in B2B technology or IT services.
Knowledge of CRM and business application platforms such as Zoho, SAP Business One, or similar cloud-based solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
