We are looking for an ambitious Institutional Business Development professional to build new B2B healthcare business and expand our institutional customer base.

The focus is simple: find opportunities, build relationships, open accounts, and generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new institutional and B2B customers across government, corporate, and autonomous sectors.
Develop and grow business across hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.
Build and maintain solid relationships with procurement teams, doctors, administrators,



and key decision-makers.
Generate high-quality leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
Collaborate with and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners to expand reach.
Sell a broad portfolio including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, surgical instruments, consumables, and hospital/lab supplies.
Prepare competitive quotations, proposals, and presentations; negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting and engagement to contract finalization and onboarding.
Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and business-development targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular, data-driven MIS reports.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and emerging institutional opportunities to stay ahead.
