Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Specialist role based in Noida. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and publishing social media content, managing content calendars, monitoring trends, and aligning posts with overall marketing objectives. The role involves coordinating with design and content teams, analyzing performance metrics, preparing reports, and recommending data-driven improvements. The specialist will also collaborate on broader digital marketing initiatives to ensure cohesive brand communication and consistent messaging.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience managing campaigns across major platforms.
Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation,



including planning content calendars and tailoring content to diverse audiences.
Solid understanding of Marketing principles and brand positioning in the digital space.
Clear and skilled Communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal collaboration and external engagement.
Experience using social media analytics tools and reporting on key performance indicators.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in an agency or digital-first environment is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
