Role Description The Account Director is a full-time, in office role based in Tiruvallur. This role is responsible for overseeing key client accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction with BETA’s software solutions. The Account Director will lead and mentor account and project teams, coordinate cross-functional resources, and manage project delivery timelines and quality.



Day-to-day activities include developing account growth strategies, identifying sales opportunities, preparing and presenting proposals, and monitoring performance metrics. The role also involves collaborating closely with product, technical, and leadership teams to align client needs with BETA’s product roadmap and service offerings.
