We’re looking for a Brand & Marketplace Operations Manager to help us scale. This role is open to both junior and senior candidates, depending on experience and capabilities. What You'll Do:
You will be responsible for driving the sales performance of your portfolio of current products.In addition to managing your portfolio, the goal is that you can progressively grow your skill, productivity and responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include:
Pricing & Marketing Strategy:



Decide on the price and marketing strategy at a product level keeping customer interests in mind.
Analyze Product Performance: Frequently assess product performance and market response.
Inventory Coordination: Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure inventory levels align with sales targets, preventing stockouts or overstock situations.
Product Launch Ownership: Own or support product launches, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure success.
Strategic Communication: Clearly communicate strategic decisions and updates to the team, offering guidance and direction.
Team Mentorship (Senior Level): If you’re in a senior role, you’ll also manage junior operations team members, helping them grow and scale alongside the company.
VA Management (Senior Level): You may also work with a Virtual Assistant to support a larger product portfolio efficiently.
