Finance & Accounts Manager- Banking

Qualification: M.Com / MBA / BE + MBA (Finance) | CA Preferred

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager- Banking to manage banking operations, cash flow, fund management, and financial coordination for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day cash flow and fund requirements of the company.
Handle CMA preparation, financial projections, term loan proposals, loan disbursements, and credit facility management.
Manage cash flow planning and overall fund management.
Coordinate with banks for account-related queries, documentation, OD/CC limits, renewals, and other banking activities.
Monitor banking transactions and reconcile bank statements.
Support monthly and annual financial closing activities.
Prepare financial reports and analysis as required by management.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and financial processes.
Assist internal and external audits by providing relevant data and documentation.




Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, agreements, loan documents, and banking records.
Perform other finance and banking-related responsibilities as assigned by management.

Critical Skills & Attributes
Robust understanding of accounting principles and financial operations.
Excellent knowledge of banking processes and fund management.
Hands-on experience in CMA preparation, projections, term loans, OD/CC facilities, and banking documentation.
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills for dealing with banks and internal stakeholders.
Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
