Role Description The Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer role is a full time, on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.
This role involves designing, optimizing, and overseeing manufacturing processes for mechanical components and assemblies to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities include creating and reviewing engineering drawings, developing process plans, coordinating machining and fabrication activities, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor. The engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, production, quality, and supply chain to resolve technical issues and support new product introductions. Day-to-day tasks also include using CAD tools, monitoring production performance, supporting root cause analysis, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering, with knowledge of core principles and mechanical systems.
