Role Description The Food and Beverage Executive is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing food and beverage operations, ensuring consistent quality, and supporting exceptional guest experiences across assigned properties or outlets. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating menus and service standards, monitoring food presentation and hygiene practices, and collaborating with culinary and service teams to meet brand guidelines. The role involves tracking customer feedback,



supporting training initiatives, and working with management to optimize costs, inventory, and vendor relationships. The Food and Beverage Executive will also prepare reports, maintain documentation related to food and beverage performance, and participate in online meetings and planning sessions with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Food Service and Food & Beverage skills, including knowledge of menu planning, service standards, and basic cost control.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and support high guest satisfaction.
