Role Overview
The Student Admissions & Application Advisor is responsible for managing the operational and administrative aspects of student applications — from receiving completed documentation and submitting applications to securing offers, tracking application progress, and ensuring timely follow-up with universities, institutions, agents, and internal teams. The role works closely with Student Success Advisors, who manage the student-facing counselling and relationship journey.

The Student Admissions & Application Advisor ensures that once a student has decided on their study pathway, the application moves efficiently, accurately and consistently from submission to offer.

Key Responsibilities




Submit and manage student applications to universities and institutions.
Track applications, offer letters, conditions and deadlines.
Follow up with universities, institutions and partner agents.
Coordinate with Student Success Advisors to collect and verify student documents.
Maintain accurate application records and trackers.
Ensure timely resolution of pending documents and application requirements.
Coordinate internally to ensure a smooth journey from application to offer.

Key Requirements
0–2 years of experience in international education/admissions preferred.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.
Experience with international university applications is an advantage.
