Role Description This is a full-time, in office Telecaller role based at the Motion Education center in Haveli. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing students and families, providing information about courses, admissions, schedules, and fee structures.



The role involves maintaining call records, updating student databases, and following up on inquiries to support admissions and enrollment targets. The Telecaller will address basic queries, guide callers to appropriate departments when needed, and share accurate, timely information aligned with institutional policies. The position also includes coordinating with the counseling and front-office teams to ensure a positive experience for all callers and visitors.
Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear and polite telephone etiquette.
Ability to listen actively, address queries patiently, and build rapport with students and parents.
Basic computer literacy, including experience with spreadsheets, CRM tools, or call-logging systems.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle high call volumes and follow up systematically.
