Role Description




We are looking for engaging trainers based in West Bengal to deliver Maxme’s human skills development programs across educational institutions or corporate settings. The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation skills, a passion for youth development, and a commitment to continuous learning through Maxme’s unique learning journey.

Location: India (Remote/In office, depending on client engagements)
Employment Type: Freelancer

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Maxme training sessions using our platform, tools, and content in alignment with the Maxme methodology.
Deliver high-quality and engaging workshops.
Support learners through reflective exercises, group activities, and coaching conversations.
Collaborate with the Maxme team to adapt delivery based on audience needs and feedback.
Maintain accurate records of session attendance, learner engagement, and outcomes.
Provide feedback to the content and tech teams to continuously improve
