Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Sales Manager (IT). The person in this role will lead end-to-end sales activities for Khashsoft’s software development and IT solutions, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and managing key accounts. Daily responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients,



conducting demos and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts in collaboration with technical and delivery teams. The Sales Manager will work closely with leadership to define and execute sales strategies, forecast revenue, and build long-term relationships in target industries such as legal, finance, and education. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales pipelines and CRM records, gathering market feedback, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications

Proven experience in IT sales or software solution sales, with the ability to understand and explain technical offerings such as custom software development and integration services.
Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management, including the use of CRM tools and data-driven sales approaches.
