To manage and coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities including material planning, procurement coordination, inventory control, production support, logistics, vendor coordination, and SAP/ERP transactions to ensure uninterrupted production and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall SCM activities including material planning, procurement coordination, inventory, stores, logistics, and dispatch.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, PPC, Finance, and Sales teams for smooth material flow.
Monitor RM, WIP, consumables, bought-out components, and finished goods inventory.
Ensure availability of required materials as per production requirements and delivery schedules.
Prepare and monitor Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and material schedules.
Track purchase orders, material delivery schedules, shortages, and supplier commitments.
Follow up with suppliers and internal departments to avoid material shortages and production delays.
Monitor inventory levels and identify excess, slow-moving, and obsolete materials.
Coordinate inward material receipt,



inspection, storage, and material movement.
Monitor line-side material availability and ensure timely supply to production.
Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation, shipment planning, and delivery schedules.
Maintain proper SCM records, reports, and MIS.
Analyse supply chain performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction, inventory optimization, and process improvement.
Support monthly/weekly production and dispatch planning.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve material and supply-related issues.
Participate in Kaizen, 5S, continuous improvement, and cost-saving initiatives.
Handle SCM-related transactions in SAP systems.
Maintain and monitor Material Master, Purchase Orders, Stock, MRP, GRN, Material Movement, and Inventory transactions.
