Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Panchkula. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.



The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, qualify leads, create and deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate contracts in alignment with company goals. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and operations teams to develop tailored proposals, tracking sales performance, and ensuring high-quality client engagement and follow-up. The role also requires proactively exploring new markets, participating in networking events, and providing regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
Proficiency in client relationship management, account management, and stakeholder communication.
Understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, SEM, SMM, ORM, and web development to effectively position solutions.
