The prospect
Adobe's AI Studio partners with the world's leading brands to produce campaign creative at scale. As a Motion Designer, you'll own the full spectrum of motion production — motion graphics, VFX compositing,



and 3D animation — using Adobe's generative AI tools alongside industry-standard software to deliver work that moves and converts. You bring the same obsessive quality standard to a 6-second social cut as a 60-second hero film.
What you’ll be doing
Design and animate motion graphics, kinetic type, and title sequences across digital, social, broadcast, and Out of Home signage.
Composite live-action with CGI, AI-generated video, and motion graphics — keying, tracking, roto, color grading, and particle/sim work.
Model, texture, light, and render 3D assets and environments; animate product rigs and brand elements for campaign use.
Build scalable motion systems and reusable animation libraries (including MOGRTs) for high-volume variant production across formats and aspect ratios.
Translate customer briefs into activation-ready outputs, manage feedback loops, and present work directly to customers.
