Role Description The Import Export Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role is responsible for coordinating import and export operations, including documentation, scheduling, and tracking of shipments. Daily tasks include liaising with freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations and timely movement of goods. The Import Export Executive manages records, monitors shipment status through digital platforms, resolves operational issues,



and provides clear updates to stakeholders. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners, ensuring accurate information and smooth logistics processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Import Logistics and Import operations.
Candidates should possess skills in Export procedures and export documentation.
Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills.
Experience with shipment tracking systems, basic data analysis, and MS Office tools.
Knowledge of customs regulations, Incoterms, and international trade practices is preferred.
Ability to work accurately under time constraints, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or import-export operations is an advantage.
