Role Description The Admissions Officer is a full-time,



on-site role based in Bengaluru. The individual in this position will guide prospective students and families through the admissions process, including providing information about courses, programs, and test-prep offerings, conducting counseling sessions, and responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing application documentation, maintaining accurate records in admissions systems, coordinating with academic and operations teams, and supporting admission events such as orientations, seminars, and open houses. The role also involves offering high-quality customer service, following up with leads, supporting conversion of inquiries into enrollments, and ensuring adherence to AESL admission policies and processes.
