Role Description The Senior Solar Consultant is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, responsible for driving solar project opportunities and guiding clients through the full solar solution lifecycle.



Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting site assessments, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and presenting tailored solar solutions to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers. The role involves collaborating with internal development, finance, and engineering teams to ensure project feasibility, accurate sizing, and competitive pricing. The consultant will lead client meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, support contract negotiations, and maintain strong, ongoing customer relationships. The role also includes market research, pipeline reporting, and contributing to strategic initiatives that expand DeCircle Solar’s presence in the region.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of the solar industry and solar power technologies, including system design basics and project structures.
