Key Responsibilities
1.Design wind turbine foundations and assess site-specific geotechnical conditions.
2.Optimize tower structures to reduce costs while maintaining safety and reliability.
3.Review and approve quality plans for foundation construction and tower fabrication.
4.Conduct structural audits and quality inspections at supplier facilities.
5.Collaborate with design teams to implement improvements in tower and foundation designs.

Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
2.At least five years of experience in foundation design or steel tower structures.
3.Good knowledge of applicable Indian and international standards, including relevant IS codes and Eurocodes.
4.Experience with structural-analysis software such as STAAD.Pro and SAP2000.
5.Robust quality awareness and the ability to conduct supplier quality audits.
6.Willingness to travel occasionally to project locations and supplier facilities.
