D2C E-commerce Expert – Shopify | Fully Remote
TRAWOC is looking for a D2C E-commerce Expert to take ownership of our Shopify brand store and drive profitable online growth.

We’re looking for someone who understands D2C beyond Shopify store management — someone who can analyse the complete customer journey, improve conversion, optimise marketing, and grow revenue profitably.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise our Shopify D2C store
Drive improvements in conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchases and revenue
Develop and execute D2C growth strategies
Manage and analyse Meta Ads & Google Ads
Optimise product pages, landing pages, offers and merchandising
Analyse customer behaviour, sales funnels and campaign performance
Work on CRO, remarketing, retention and customer acquisition
Coordinate with creative, content and performance marketing teams
Identify growth opportunities and conduct A/B testing
Track ROAS, CAC, AOV, CVR, LTV and contribution margin

What We’re Looking For
3+ years of hands-on experience in D2C / E-commerce
Strong Shopify experience




Positive understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads
Strong analytical and commercial mindset
Proven experience growing an online consumer brand
Ability to work independently and take complete ownership
Experience with travel, lifestyle, fashion, bags, accessories or consumer products is a plus

This is a hands-on growth role, not simply a Shopify store management position. You will have significant ownership of our D2C channel and be expected to directly contribute to revenue and profitability.
