Role Description The Preschool and Daycare Centre Manager at EarlyVentions in Varthur, Bengaluru East is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the centre in a full-time, on-site capacity. This includes managing staff schedules, guiding teachers and caregivers, and ensuring adherence to the centre’s curriculum, safety, and hygiene standards. The Manager will handle parent communication, address queries and feedback, and support admissions and enrolment processes. The role involves monitoring classroom activities, organizing events,



coordinating training for staff, and maintaining regulatory and compliance documentation. The Manager will also track centre performance, manage budgets and resources, and ensure a positive, inclusive environment for children, families, and team members.
Qualifications
Experience in preschool or daycare management, early childhood education, or school administration.
Robust leadership, team management, and people development skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with children, families, and staff.
Ability to manage operations, planning, scheduling, and documentation efficiently.
Knowledge of child safety, hygiene standards, and basic regulatory and compliance requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred.
Comfort working in a fast-growing, process-driven environment and handling multiple priorities.
