Role Description This is a full time Business Development Manager role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of on-site work and work from home. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities with retailers, interior designers, architects, and project partners, and build strategic relationships to grow market presence. The role includes managing the sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and presentations,



preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager will analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and projects. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking performance against targets, and providing regular business reports and forecasts to leadership.
Qualifications
Strong skills in business development, sales, and account management, with the ability to drive revenue growth and nurture long-term client relationships.
Experience in market research, lead generation, and pipeline management, including use of CRM tools and data-driven decision making.
