About the Role
We're looking for a CRO Designer who is strong in Figma, has a good eye for UI, and wants to learn Ecommerce UX, CRO and customer psychology.
You'll work closely with our CRO lead to create high-converting ecommerce experiences.
This is not a branding role. You'll primarily work on:
Product Pages (PDPs)
Collection Pages (PLPs)
Landing Pages
Homepage Optimization
A/B Test Variations
What You'll Do
Create wireframes and high-fidelity designs in Figma
Design conversion-focused ecommerce experiences
Build A/B test variants for Shopify brands
Translate customer insights into design solutions
Work with CRO strategists,
researchers and developers
Maintain design consistency across experiments
