Role Description
Manage air and sea import clearance processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Coordinate with shipping line, Airlines, Transporter, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth clearance procedures.
Conduct pre-shipment activities such as booking space, arranging transportation, and coordinating logistics.




Ensure compliance with regulations and laws related to imports, including DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade) guidelines.
Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise during the clearance process.
Coordination with Operation staff at Port/ ICD for smooth clearance of cargo.
Achieved Departmental Budget and Service Excellence in coordination with other stakeholders.
Having on hand experience of Import Freight Forwarding activities,

Qualifications
Robust knowledge of air and sea import procedures, customs clearance processes, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
Experience managing documentation for import shipments, including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and compliance certificates.
Proficiency in coordinating with customs, port authorities, airlines, shipping lines to ensure smooth clearance.
