Studio FrameLabs is our in-house creative studio focused on UGC videos, lifestyle content, AI-powered creatives, e-commerce statics, and brand visuals. It helps brands turn marketing strategies into high-quality, performance-focused content.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

Client Social Media Management
Manages brand social media end to end, including research, moodboarding, content planning, and writing.
Creates content that matches the brand's communication style and guidelines.
Coordinates with the design team to get content created and scheduled with appropriate captions.
Understands what works for each brand instead of using the same content approach across every client.

In-House Social Media
Manages the studio's own social media and becomes the face of FrameLabs.
Handles planning, research, strategy,



writing, shooting, and editing for in-house content.
Takes ownership of in-house content from idea to execution.
Works closely with the Creative Director to make sure the creative vision is actually delivered on screen.

Cross-Team Support
Assists the Art Director with research and sourcing locations, models, and other requirements when needed.
Supports the creative team during shoots and content production.

Skills
Knows the difference between copying a trend and actually translating it into a brand's own voice.
Stays updated with current trends and brings fresh ideas instead of recycled content.
Digs into the 5 W's and H: Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How, before jumping into execution.
Can understand and follow an existing process while also initiating and pitching ideas independently.
Is proactive and does not wait for instructions for every step.
